Arya, whose professional life has been
going great guns with his latest flick Raja Rani getting declared by
‘Super hit’ by trade pundits, is not experiencing a terrific phase when
it comes to his personal life. The actor recently underwent surgery in
his legs and has now been advised to take complete rest at least for a
fortnight by the doctors so as to hasten up the process of recuperation.
Arya, who is an avid cricket follower,
reportedly suffered the injury on his legs while playing cricket a few
months back during the CCL matches between cricket stars. When he
suffered the injury, he didn’t think it would turn out to be a big one
and started attending to his routine chores soon after getting first-aid
at a local clinic.
The pain, however, didn’t subside but
started increasing with each passing day. With the pain troubling him,
Arya continued to attend his shooting schedules and completed the shoots
of Raja Rani, Arrambam and Selvaraghavan’s Irandaam Ulagam. Now that he
has completed the shooting schedules of all these films, Arya underwent
the much-needed surgery last week.
Doctors have advised him to take
complete rest for at least a fortnight’s time. This has kept Arya
sitting glued to the television at his home. It, however, remains to be
seen when his Irandaam Ulagam will release in theatres, though was
planned for Deepavali this year!
