Miss India Vanya Mishra will debut in Tamil
These days it is common to see glamorous
faces from the fashion world seamlessly making a shift over to films,
irrespective of any regional affiliations. One such recent case being
that of Chandigarh beauty and 2012 Femina Miss India World winner – Vanya Mishra. Reportedly, she will soon realise her debut in films with a Tamil movie!!!
Vanya, who speared ahead 19 other
contestants, to bag the much coveted Pantaloons 2012 Title, had also
went on to represent India at the Miss World 2012 pageant held in China.
The competition was intense, nevertheless, she returned with the Miss
Social Networking and Miss Beauty with a Purpose titles , ranking among
the top 7 contestants.
Vanya’s Tamil debut will be funded by
Suresh Krissna under home banner Suresh Krissna Productions. Popularly
known for films, Satya – featuring Kamal Haasan, Rajinikanth starrers –
Baasha and Annamalai, he is hopeful, that this time he would fulfill his
desire to make a big comeback post his concluding directorial effort –
Ilaignan in 2011.
Touted to be a Tamil – Telugu bilingual,
Prince Cecil would be cast in a leading role. Although, Prince is
primarily a Telugu actor, he was chosen as he was keen to do a Tamil
movie and evidently took personal efforts to learn the language. The
cast and crew of this project expect to meet for its first schedule, by
