Veena Malik recently stated in an interview, that she faced a certain restraint shooting intimate scenes with Ashmit Patel for ‘Supermodel’ owing to the fact that the two were not on talking terms during the whole process of shooting. ” I faced a certain amount of difficulty when it came to shooting some intimate scenes with Ashmit as we both were not on talking terms while shooting the film.” She also added ” It was traumatic for me since this was a person I knew for a long time, who was more close than a friend. Suddenly when you stop talking to a person it does make it awkward especially when there are some scenes you have to perform involving a sensual display of intimacy.”
When asked whether the two have patched post the shooting of the film she replied ” We talk to each other on professional terms and that is it. However since we are employed by this great industry it is natural for us to interact so as far as my reciprocation goes, I give my 100 percent to interact but not at that pace with which we used to.”
