‘Game of Thrones’ stars Lena Headey and Peter Dinklage, who play the role of murderous siblings Cersei Lannister and Tyrion Lannister in the series, recently appeared on the PBS show ‘Sesame Street’. They were there as teachers to help children learn childhood basics and rules of Simon Says.
This was surely a great change for them, as they had been playing twisted characters in the series, for quite some time. ‘Game of Thrones’ may be a strictly for adults show, but they made sure that they were available for the long running ‘Sesame Street’, which is into its 44th season.
Peter and Lena are not the first stars to have made an appearance on the kids show and they would certainly not be the last. Other familiar faces that would make it to the current season of the show include Oscar winners Charlize Theron and Forest Whitaker, and Rutina Wesley from the ‘True Blood’ series.
Some of the other popular stars who have made it to the show in the earlier seasons include Jon Hamm, Timothy Olyphant and Tony Soprano. Tony Soprano in his appearance discussed about fears and how to deal with it.
